1. Rent-a-car price includes Car with Driver, Fuel, Interstate Tax, Toll Tax and Parking (All Inclusive) unless other wise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy: Reservation can be changed or Cancelled before 7 days from the date/time of the services else cancellation charges apply. No refund for rent-a-car once journey is started.

3. If you have reserved a car for Airport transfer/pickup, please proceed towards the exit gate of the airport building where the driver would be standing with the placard bearing your name.

4. Sightseeing - All sightseeing includes guided tour as specified or with Driver cum guide. Entry to all the monuments on direct payment basis.

5. In case of transfer from the Railway station please provide your Train Number/Name, Coach Number and Seat Number, so that driver can wait outside the train coach with your name placard.

1. Check In/Out time is 1200 Hrs unless otherwise specified. Meal Plan: EP - Room only, CP - Bed and Breakfast, MAP - Breakfast and Dinner (Half Board), AP - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Full Board), MC - Meal Credit. All extras to be paid to the hotel before check out.

4. Travel Documents : All confirmation of services Vouchers soft copy will be emailed on receipt of advance payment. All original vouchers with Air/Rail tickets will be handed on arrival by our representative at the airport or at the Hotel.

1. You can pay a Deposit at the time of booking & balance on arrival in Delhi at our Travel Agency office.

Cancellations

If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be immediately intimated to the sales office and also to the finance company in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person :
